気候変動により飢餓地獄へ

　【ドバイ＝加賀谷和樹】ペルシャ湾岸の産油国が膨らむ石油マネーでコメ、小麦など主要食料の確保に乗り出した。アラブ首長国連邦（ＵＡＥ）、サウジアラビアはアジアの生産者に投資を検討。クウェートはイスラム世界に食料を安定供給するための国際基金の設立に向け1億ドルを出資する。
　ＵＡＥ政府はドバイの民間投資会社アブラージュキャピタルと共同でパキスタンのコメや小麦の生産者に投資する方針。既に一部生産者に出資を始めたとの情報もある。サウジ政府も民間企業と共同で年内にタイのコメ生産者への投資を始める方向で検討している。パキスタンにはサウジ、カタールも投資するとの観測が浮上している。

昔、ペルシャ湾岸諸国はインド人が真珠産業を経営し、アラブ人は貧しい真珠取りの漁民がほとんどだった。そして、日本では、1893年に箕作佳吉の指導をうけた御木本幸吉が英虞湾神明浦で阿古屋貝の半円真珠の養殖に成功し、1905年英虞湾の多徳島で真円真珠の養殖に成功した。この結果、ドバイの真珠産業は壊滅した。CyberULSの砂漠緑化の調査部隊が何名も強制収監された。数日で奪還部隊により彼らは無事に救出された。確かに飢餓と疫病により世界人口を減少させ文明を維持すると計画に対してこれは非常に問題がある行為である。我々は利権団体とは争わない。だから彼らが死滅してから他の地域より難民を送る方式を検討している。民族の入れ替えであり流浪の民が求める内容だ。イスラム諸国が壊滅状態になっても既にバイオハイドライドの量産に成功したCyberULSは困らないからだ。全ては時間との勝負だったが勝利したのが誰だったかは2020年にはわかるだろう。昨年のデータを見る限り熱塩海洋循環の停滞は既に始まっている。インド洋東部から日本にかけては大雨が降るだろう。しかし、中東から欧州にかけては乾燥化が始まる。BRシリーズも、バイオハイドライドも、ハイパーハイドライドも、その技術体系は全てCyberULSが保有している。旧人が団結して全力で追尾しても軽く最大で20年はかかるだろう。旧人はその因果によって団結が難しい。（重要参考コラム：熱塩海洋循環の停滞は何をもたらすのか　永井俊哉著）

Japan's economic recovery since World War II has been iconic, and still remains on track. The Organisation for Economic Development and Cooperation has forecast that the Japanese economy is set to achieve 2.1 per cent growth this year. The country's consistent economic performance has placed it eighth among the ten most competitive economies in the world in The Global Competitiveness Report 2007-2008, based on a survey conducted by the World Economic Forum. The efficiency of the country's markets, the sophistication of its business community and the impressive capacity for technological innovation have contributed to its rating.

The demand for Japanese expertise and products has also helped Japan build strong trade ties with countries such as the UAE. The UAE ranks fourth among Japan's major suppliers and 22^nd among its major buyers. Automobiles account for about 40 per cent of Japanese exports to the UAE while crude oil imports from the UAE represent 25 per cent of total oil demand in Japan.

More than 2,000 Japanese citizens live and work in the UAE. Around 200 Japanese companies are also present in the country. Foreign direct investment from Japan into the UAE is increasing with several Japanese companies investing in the field of infrastructure in areas such as independent water and power projects (IWPP) and the building materials sector.
