Daily Conversations and daily report discussion-

When teams are scattered, it is difficult to know who saw the news and information about the project. It is important to reinforce the context in writing, as well as personal and group meetings.

Consider having these conversations on video calls and not on the phone.

Help your team identify routines that work, including taking into account distractions that may be more frequent at home. For some people, it’s about simulating the structure of the office environment in their home, while for others it’s about establishing a new routine. Each one has space to «disconnect from work and keep their mind and body healthy.

Be family Oriented-

In times of Covid-19 crisis, people who work from home and have families may need a more flexible schedule if they have children who are not going to school. Get in touch with your team frequently to understand their needs and general well-being.
