Don’t forget to have contact with them on a regular basis. Remote workers can feel isolated; So a simple “hello” can make a difference.
Daily Conversations and daily report discussion-
When teams are scattered, it is difficult to know who saw the news and information about the project. It is important to reinforce the context in writing, as well as personal and group meetings.
Well-organized meetings and follow-ups are essential to keep everyone productive and connected when part or all of the team works from home.
